1. The service

AutoReceptionist provides AI-powered receptionist software (voice, chat, lead-tracking, reviews and recall modules) to UK clinics. Plans start at £89/mo per module or £249/mo for the Full Suite.

2. Account & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts. Free experimental demo on the site requires no payment.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use AutoReceptionist to send unsolicited marketing, impersonate others, breach UK law, or process special-category data (e.g. health records) outside the contracted clinical workflow. You are responsible for the accuracy of FAQs, prices and policies you provide for AI training.

4. AI disclaimer

AutoReceptionist's AI may occasionally make mistakes (wrong booking time, misheard caller, etc.). The clinic is responsible for reviewing the daily activity log. Emergency / urgent clinical calls must be routed to qualified humans — AutoReceptionist is not a substitute for clinical judgement.

5. Data processing

We act as data processor for clinic call/chat data per a Data Processing Agreement available on request. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downstream provider outages (telephony carrier, calendar provider).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid by you in that period. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
